Job description
The PMO Portfolio Support & Documentation role is a core operational member of the Central PMO team, supporting both DDI stream managers and the Global PMO in the effective steering of the Digital, Data & Innovation portfolio. The role focuses on consolidating operational inputs, defining and maintaining documentation and templates, and supporting the evolution of demand management and reporting processes. By working closely with DDI managers, the role helps structure KPIs, data and portfolio views that enable better team steering and execution. The person could also gradually start to drive part of the roadmap to support the DDI global PMO. In parallel, the role provides the Global PMO with unified, consolidated and decision-ready inputs for executive and strategic governance, ensuring consistency between operational reality and leadership reporting.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Define, maintain and continuously improve PMO documentation, templates and reporting standards used across DDI streams (Digital / Data Mgt. / Data Ops. / Innovation) Consolidate operational inputs from DDI stream managers / teams to ensure consistent, reliable and up-to-date portfolio views. Support the demand management process by structuring demand inputs, tracking evolution, and improving visibility for managers and the Global PMO. Work closely with DDI managers to define, structure and consolidate KPIs, enabling effective team steering and performance monitoring. Consolidate roadmaps, key milestones, risks and dependencies across DDI streams to ensure alignment. Support the Global PMO in the preparation of governance bodies by coordinating inputs, producing consolidated materials and tracking actions and follow-ups (no decision authority). Provide high-quality, unified inputs to the Global PMO for executive and strategic governance, ensuring traceability between operational execution and leadership reporting. Identify inconsistencies, gaps or misalignments between DDI streams and facilitate resolution with managers and the Global PMO., With a genuine culture of reward and recognition, we want our employees to grow, develop and be part of our journey. Requirements
Do you have experience in Logistics?, Do you have a Master's degree?, Graduated in a Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration 5+ years including 2 years proven in planning / executing / controlling / closing projects ; Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision; experience in digital transformation Fluent in English
