Job description
- Plan new features by researching, analyzing, defining, and planning the building of features in our back-end systems that enhance the experience for our consumers.
- Build (both code and configure) together with your colleagues in ICT and your internal stakeholders.
- Test and build automated testing for each feature to ensure each feature continues to work release after release.
- Document each feature, ensure a proper hand-over to relevant stakeholders and training on our test environment.
- Regularly perform code reviews in collaboration with other developers to improve each other's quality of work.
- Constantly search for opportunities to improve our back-end systems, their processes, and the data flow.
- Regularly review code quality, refactor features, and ensure that the quality of our product stays high.
- Regularly review the feature roadmap of Salesforce Service & Sales Cloud, as well as the Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud, and suggest adoption of new features.
Requirements
You have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a role as a developer and ambition to grow to Salesforce Architect. You have experience with web technologies such as JavaScript, CSS/sass (SCSS), HTML and you have functional knowledge and experience with Salesforce Service & Sales Cloud (Lightning). You get bonus points for knowledge or experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud.
Certification: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer 1, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder. You get bonus points if you are certified as Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect.
You are a critical thinker, and problem-solving is your way. Experience in DevOps process and experience in Scrum process is a plus.
You have a self-motivated and disciplined attitude to meet deadlines with speed, accuracy, and professionalism. You relate openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people and gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity.
You have fluent English language skills as Bugaboo is an international company.
