In this position, you'll shape the future of our ERP systems, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise platforms. Key responsibilities include:
The position:
- ERP System Design & Architecture: Lead the design of ERP systems that support and drive business objectives. Work closely with functional teams to convert business processes into technical solutions.
- Customization & Configuration: Tailor ERP modules to meet the unique needs of the organization, optimizing performance and ensuring user-friendly configurations.
- Integration & Data Management: Design smooth integration with third-party and legacy systems while managing data flow and integrity across the ERP ecosystem.
- Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and expertise to development teams, making key technical decisions and recommendations for ERP tools and platforms.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure the ERP environment is always up to date and secure.
- Collaboration & Communication: Act as a key communicator between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring everyone is aligned with the ERP strategy.
Requirements
Do you have experience in ERP systems?, You bring extensive experience in ERP architecture, with at least 7 years working on platforms like SAP or Microsoft Dynamics. Experience with Sage is a plus. You have a strong technical foundation and hands-on experience in ERP customization, integration, and data management. Beyond technical expertise, you're a collaborative leader who thrives in cross-functional environments and are willing to travel to the other Exosens locations. As this position will be based in Roden, the Netherlands, fluency in both Dutch and English is required.
