Job description
- Register incoming incidents from end-users;
- independently resolve 2nd line incidents from end-users;
- Transfer incidents to the end users and answer them correctly.
Requirements
- Work experience with Microsoft 365 and hybrid Cloud (Azure) environments;
- Extensive knowledge and certifications in managing modern desktops, identity, and services;
- Knowledge of Citrix XenApp, VMWare, and Topdesk;
- Experience with device deployment (Windows, IOS, and Android);
- Experience with applications in W10 (packaging & deployment);
- Proficiency in English and Dutch;
- AZ-900, MD-100/MD-101, ITIL 4 certifications.
