Job description

  • Register incoming incidents from end-users;
  • independently resolve 2nd line incidents from end-users;
  • Transfer incidents to the end users and answer them correctly.

Requirements

  • Work experience with Microsoft 365 and hybrid Cloud (Azure) environments;
  • Extensive knowledge and certifications in managing modern desktops, identity, and services;
  • Knowledge of Citrix XenApp, VMWare, and Topdesk;
  • Experience with device deployment (Windows, IOS, and Android);
  • Experience with applications in W10 (packaging & deployment);
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch;
  • AZ-900, MD-100/MD-101, ITIL 4 certifications.
