The Implementation Engineer supports the implementation of software solutions by focusing on task execution, automation testing, and documentation. - Completes assigned tasks related to software implementation, automation testing, and documentation, developing a practical understanding of products and solutions.
- Works under the guidance of experienced colleagues, asking questions and seeking feedback to support learning and growth.
- Participates in team meetings and workshops to understand project goals and contribute to discussions.
- Follows established processes and best practices for automation testing, documentation, and quality assurance.
- Maintains compliance with Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS), information security, and data privacy standards, completing all required training.
Additional Responsibilities
- Execute assigned tasks related to software configuration, automation testing, and documentation.
- Participate in designing and running automated tests, documenting test results and observations.
- Assist in preparing and updating project documentation, such as test cases, user guides, and automation scripts.
- Collaborate with team members to understand product features, integration steps, and automation opportunities.
- Support the transition of solutions to support and maintenance teams by providing clear and accurate documentation.
- Works directly with customers
Requirements
Do you have experience in EHS?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in software implementation, testing, or related technical tasks.
- Familiarity with automation testing tools and frameworks, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a diverse tea and customer facing skills
- Commitment to compliance with EHS, information security, and data privacy standard
