Job description
- Being a go-to problem solver for our customers via helpdesk, phone, email, and on-site visits
- Providing 1st / 2nd line support and getting stuck into real-world IT issues
- Setting up and configuring hardware, software, and user environments
- Supporting and maintaining servers, networks, and security systems
- Working with the team on IT projects like upgrades, migrations, and new deployments
- Visiting client sites when hands-on support is needed
- Helping users get the most out of tools like Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
- Keeping documentation tidy and accurate (future you will thank you)
Requirements
Do you have experience in macOS?, If you enjoy fixing problems, talking to people, and constantly improving your skills (rather than doing the same ticket forever), you'll fit right in., We're not looking for someone who knows everything - but we are looking for someone who wants to learn anything.
- Experience in an IT support role (you've done the job, not just studied it)
- Solid understanding of Windows and macOS environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration
- Strong troubleshooting skills and logical thinking
- Confident, friendly communication - you can explain tech without sounding like a robot
- A proactive mindset: you spot problems, not just tickets
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and isn't afraid to ask questions, * Windows: 1 year (required)
