- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with Windows PCs, laptops, and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, etc.).
- Infrastructure Support: Assist with the maintenance of servers and basic network connectivity (Wi-Fi, cabling, routers and switches).
- User Support: Provide clear, friendly, and professional assistance to staff, ensuring technical issues are resolved with minimal downtime.
- Maintenance: Help with the rollout of new hardware and software updates.
Requirements

We are looking for a motivated Junior Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role designed for someone with a strong technical foundation and a hunger to learn. You will be the face of IT, providing essential support across hardware, software, and networking., * Technical Aptitude: A strong understanding of Windows OS. Experience building or fixing PCs at home is highly valued.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
- Professionalism: You will occasionally be visiting clients; a professional appearance and a "can-do" attitude are essential.
- Bonus Skills: Previous experience with macOS (Apple) or basic networking concepts is a plus, but not essential.
