Job description

We are looking for a friendly Helpdesk administrator to assist in our fast paced office. Whilst pervious Helpdesk experience is not required the right candidate should have great customer service skill and a desire to learn.

Typical daily duties

  • Taking phone calls, logging customer details and directing them to the correct member of staff where required
  • Assisting with the scheduling and booking of works
  • General office administration - Filing and upkeep of HR records etc.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Great phone manor and customer service skills

  • Self motived
  • Comfortable working within a team environment
  • Good IT Skills. Full training will be given on our job management software however, working knowledge of Word and Excel will be required
