Job description
You'll work closely with manufacturing teams and customers, supporting prototyping, validation, and continuous improvement. Beyond day-to-day design, you'll contribute to R&D, help standardise processes, and play a key role in shaping the technical capability of the business. With succession planning in mind, this role offers genuine long-term growth potential, including progression to senior engineer.
Requirements
- Broad engineering background (electrical, physics or materials).
- Proficiency in CAD for 2D and 3D design.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an innovative mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously in a collaborative, non-structured environment.
- Enthusiasm for learning and continuous improvement.
- HND/Degree in Engineering or related discipline preferred.
