  • Partner with Platform and Product teams to define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and issues; proactively remove blockers.
  • Communicate project status, timelines, and risks to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA, UX, DevOps, and Product.
  • Ensure alignment with engineering best practices, quality standards, and release processes.
  • Support release planning, versioning, and go-to-market coordination.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery, processes, and tooling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing software development projects.
  • Strong understanding of the SDLC and Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies.
  • Experience working directly with software engineers and technical leads.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate technical discussions into actionable plans and timelines.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Monday, GitLab, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
  • Superb presentation skills and executive communication.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail.
  • Perfect command of English (Fluent or Native).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience managing large-scale or distributed engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with modern software architectures (microservices, APIs, event-driven systems).
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and release management.
  • Experience working in product-driven or SaaS environments.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe.
  • Background in QA, development, or technical program management.

Benefits & conditions

  • Competitive annual salary
  • Two unique bonuses: signing bonus at incorporation and retention bonus at contract completion.
  • Relocation package (if applicable).
  • Fixed-term contract, ending in June 2026.
  • Hybrid role and flexible working hours.
  • Be part of a fast-scaling Series B company at the forefront of deep tech.
  • Equal pay guaranteed.
  • International exposure in a multicultural, cutting-edge environment.
