- Partner with Platform and Product teams to define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and issues; proactively remove blockers.
- Communicate project status, timelines, and risks to stakeholders and leadership.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA, UX, DevOps, and Product.
- Ensure alignment with engineering best practices, quality standards, and release processes.
- Support release planning, versioning, and go-to-market coordination.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery, processes, and tooling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing software development projects.
- Strong understanding of the SDLC and Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies.
- Experience working directly with software engineers and technical leads.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate technical discussions into actionable plans and timelines.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Monday, GitLab, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
- Superb presentation skills and executive communication.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams effectively.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail.
- Perfect command of English (Fluent or Native).
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience managing large-scale or distributed engineering teams.
- Familiarity with modern software architectures (microservices, APIs, event-driven systems).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and release management.
- Experience working in product-driven or SaaS environments.
- Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe.
- Background in QA, development, or technical program management.
