Salesforce Developer

As a Salesforce Senior Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality Salesforce solutions within a customer service environment, working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT teams., * Developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on Service Cloud

• Translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Advising on architecture, best practices, and optimizations
• Integrating Salesforce with other systems
• Supporting and improving customer service processes
• Actively managing stakeholders and providing technical guidance

• At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Proven experience with Service Cloud
• Experience within customer service / contact center environments
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations
• Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management
• Proactive, independent, and results-driven
• Available to start immediately, * Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Experience with Omni-Channel, CTI, or chat solutions
