• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years experience working in a DevOps role or similar position.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Technical skills

• Proficiency in scripting languages including Bash, Python and Typescript.
• Proficiency with Terraform or other similar Infrastructure as Code languages.
• Understanding of container orchestration tools like Kubernetes or Cloud Run.
• Knowledgeable about cloud computing platforms like GCP or AWS.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
• Understanding of security best practices and experience implementing security controls in a DevOps environment.
• Familiarity with Github Actions and Android / iOS build pipelines.

Nice to haves

• Deep understanding of the GCP cloud platform.
• Experience with back-end development and test-driven development.
• Experience with the Websocket protocol.
• Experience with App Store and Play Store deployments, Gradle, Xcode.
