Junior Systems Engineer

As a Junior Systems Engineer on the Delivery and Implementation team, you will play a vital role in delivering DeepHealth's lifesaving AI technologies into the hands of those who need it most. You'll be responsible for:

• Seamless Implementations: Install and configure DeepHealth's software for medical imaging, ensuring smooth integration with their existing IT infrastructure.
• Dedicated Customer Support: Become a trusted resource for DeepHealth's customers, troubleshooting technical issues and providing expert guidance.
• Building a Strong Foundation: Support our R&D engineers by maintaining the continuous integration environment, ensuring efficient software development.
• Process Improvement Champion: Collaborate with the rest of the Delivery and Implementation team to refine internal workflows and enhance the customer experience., * Prepare, perform, and maintain customer installations of our advanced AI medical imaging software, ensuring seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure.
• Gather customer requirements and installation environment details for smooth, efficient deployments.
• Provide expert technical support to customers and partners, troubleshooting and resolving incidents.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the Delivery and Implementation team's workflows, aiming to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Be adaptable and available to support customers outside of regular working hours (on-call rotation may be required)., * Communicates, cooperates, and consistently functions professionally and harmoniously with all levels of supervision, co-workers, patients, visitors, and vendors.

• Master's degree in Informatics, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communications skills.
• Ability to manage customer relations in a complex environment.
• Self-starting: ability to manage own time and priorities.
• Pro-active: eager to resolve issues and propose and implement improvements.
• Attention to detail; working with high levels of accuracy.
• Experience in communicating with technical and non-technical staff to resolve issues.
• Experience with administrating Linux environments and Bash., * Experience managing Docker based deployments.
• Experience with medical environments or imaging (particularly DICOM, PACS).
• Experience with Python, software development, DevOps, Agile/Scrum, Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo).
• Experience with cloud deployments.
• Experience with Windows installations & PowerShell., This position often requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching with hands and arms, using hands and fingers, handling, or feeling, speaking, listening, and high-level cognitive thinking. Also, must be able to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally. The position requires the ability to travel (~10% of time), drive a vehicle, and utilize other forms of transportation.
