Technical Support Team Leader (Formulation Development)

Were seeking a proactive Technical Support Team Leader to manage a team of Technical Specialists and Production Coordinators, ensuring highquality, efficient support to Formulation Development operations. This role leads the creation, review and approval of GMP documentation, oversees data checking and record management, and drives continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality and process efficiency. Do you have experience in Presentation skills?, Degreelevel education (or equivalent) in a relevant scientific or technical discipline.

Previous line management experience, with the ability to lead and develop a team.

Experience within a pharmaceutical environment, particularly supporting documentation generation.

Strong understanding of cGMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

Proven problemsolving abilities and experience resolving technical or operational issues.

Handson experience compiling technical reports and presenting project updates.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (core hours are between 10.00-16.00 Monday to Friday)
