Job description
As a member of the Digital Transformation team at our global headquarters in Craigavon, the Product Support Specialist provides essential front-end assistance for both internal and external users of Almac software products. This position offers worldwide support to ensure users can access key patient data and helps promptly address product-related concerns during clinical trials. The person in this role will gain comprehensive knowledge of Almac software, its underlying data, and associated processes, which allows for swift issue identification and resolution.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Time management?, Do you have a GCSE?, Strong written and verbal communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and effective collaboration skills are necessary for success. The role also demands excellent time management, independent prioritisation of daily tasks, and a proactive, well-organised work style.
What we are looking for

Have eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up employment in the UK

5 GCSE subjects (to include English Language and Mathematics) at Grade C or above (or equivalent)

Previous experience within a customer facing role

Proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (to include Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
