Automate: develop solutions that make business processes more efficient and reduce manual work;

Collaborate: work closely with a Product Owner, UX designer and fellow developers;
Design: contribute to technical architecture and system integrations;
Maintain: develop and manage workflows in Zuora and our own backend systems.
Your team
As an Elixir Backend Developer, you'll be part of the Business Automation & Tooling (BAT) team within Nedap in Healthcare. Our goal is to support colleagues with the right tools and automations, giving them more time to do what they do best.
For now, our focus is mainly on Healthcare, but we also collaborate with other business units within Nedap to solve similar challenges. We're a young, ambitious team that values critical thinking, shared ownership and a drive to innovate. Requirements
As an Elixir Backend Developer, you'll have a significant impact on the success of the BAT team. You're someone who enjoys identifying, abstracting and solving complex problems.
You recognise yourself in the following:
Experience: you have several years of professional experience as a developer;
Process-minded: you're interested in business processes such as support, finance, data lifecycle and onboarding/offboarding;
Quality-driven: you care about maintainability, scalability and clean code;
Technical: you're experienced with Git and eager to work with tools such as Elixir, Vue and Zuora;
Flexible: you're open to occasional on-call duties;
Language skills: You have a good command of spoken and written English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus;
Learner: experience with a functional programming language is a plus;
Good to know: You are available for 32-38 hours per week. Hybrid (remote) working is common at Nedap, and you and your team can coordinate your working hours to achieve a good work-life balance. You live in the Netherlands and are willing to work in Groenlo from time to time.
