This is a senior overlay role within our Hybrid Cloud division - you'll collaborate closely with our top-performing Account Directors to engage at the highest levels of our clients' organisations. Your role is to deeply understand their business strategy, uncover critical cloud, infrastructure, and platform-modernisation priorities, and deliver transformative solutions that drive measurable outcomes. You'll act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, positioning Bytes' market-leading hybrid cloud portfolio in alignment with our strategic vendor ecosystem. From shaping executive conversations to influencing major investment decisions, you'll play a pivotal role in enabling the UK's most agile and cloud-ready enterprises., Drive Hybrid Cloud sales by supporting account teams in identifying and closing opportunities.Deliver solution-based presentations, proposals, and enablement sessions that showcase Bytes' valuePosition and onboard customers into Bytes' Hybrid Cloud propositions, influencing service developmentWork closely with vendor account teams and align with strategic solution plays and incentives.Train internal teams, create playbooks, and share insights that strengthen Bytes' capability in this space

Requirements

Essential Knowledge:Sales Overlay Expertise: Proven experience supporting sales teams to position and close complex technology solutions.Commercial Acumen: Ability to identify opportunities, influence buying decisions, and accelerate deal velocity.Hybrid Cloud Knowledge: Strong understanding of VMware, Dell, HPE, Nutanix, Red Hat. Strong understanding of how an IT Platform topology.Strong understanding of Storage, Compute, Hyper-Visors, Containers, Edge. Ability to engage confidently with C-level stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business value.Strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to driving results.
