Cloud Solutions Specialist (M365 / Azure)

We're looking for an experienced Cloud Solutions Specialist to join a fast growing MSP / Consultancy to deliver cloud and infrastructure projects for a wide range of customers across the South East. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role within a consultancy environment, working across cloud, networking, and modern workplace technologies.

You'll be responsible for project delivery, technical escalation, and supporting pre-sales where needed - always with customer experience front of mind., Deliver cloud, network, and infrastructure projects (minor & major) Act as a technical escalation point for junior engineers Support pre-sales with solution design, surveys, and technical input Onboard new clients and ensure smooth handover to support teams Ensure SLA commitments and service quality are met Participate in out-of-hours support rota (optional)Required Experience

3+ years' experience in an MSP or IT consultancy environment Proven delivery of cloud projects including: Microsoft 365 migrations Azure deployments SharePoint Online, Intune, Teams Strong customer-facing and communication skills Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple prioritiesTechnical Stack (Full Scope)

Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint Online, Teams) Azure (identity, compute, networking, security) Intune / Endpoint Management On-prem infrastructure (servers, networking, storage, virtualisation) Cloud & security technologies Networking, connectivity, firewalls, and general MSP toolingNice to Have
