Job description

You'll be responsible for project delivery, technical escalation, and supporting pre-sales where needed - always with customer experience front of mind., * Deliver cloud, network, and infrastructure projects (minor & major)

Act as a technical escalation point for junior engineers
Support pre-sales with solution design, surveys, and technical input
Onboard new clients and ensure smooth handover to support teams
Ensure SLA commitments and service quality are met
Participate in out-of-hours support rota (optional), * Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint Online, Teams)
Azure (identity, compute, networking, security)
Intune / Endpoint Management
On-prem infrastructure (servers, networking, storage, virtualisation)
Cloud & security technologies
Networking, connectivity, firewalls, and general MSP tooling

Nice to Have

Microsoft Azure / 365 certifications
VMware (VCP), ITIL
Strong documentation and process mindset
