Job description
- Lead the transformation of our IT P&C technology stack, ensuring a supported, sustainable, and "NeverRed" landscape aligned with our KPIs
- Act at the domain level to implement the tech components of our COO's key strategic pillars: Long-term Vision, Service Excellence, Innovation, Simplicity, and People & Culture
- Support teams in achieving their technology goals, fostering ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Drive technology evolution across tools, languages, cloud platforms, SDLC automation, security, and AI market trends
- Develop and monitor dashboards tracking CMDB health, obsolescence risks, vulnerabilities, technical debt, and KPIs like SonarCube scores
Your Impact:
- Create, animate, and nurture a thriving community of tech experts within IT P&C
- Ensure representation and thought leadership at key tech events (summits, developer conferences, etc.)
- Lead technical transversal programs, proof of concepts, and act as a "Product Owner" for technical initiatives
- Promote a DevOps culture by centralizing operations and empowering product teams to take ownership of their technology stack
- Be the senior technical reference, sharing best practices and fostering knowledge exchange across teams
Requirements
- Deep expertise in modern architectures, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.), programming languages, and SDLC automation
- Proven experience in security KPIs, vulnerability management, and technical debt mitigation
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for community building, mentorship, and continuous learning
- Experience in leading transversal programs, architecture governance, and technical excellence initiatives
- A proactive mindset with excellent communication skills and a drive for innovation
