Job description
As a Data Handling System Architect & Technical Manager you are directly supporting avionics and software activities as developing architectural solutions and ensuring data validation software.
Your Day-to-Day
- Preparing DHS product evolution for different types of mission
- support unit's roadmap establishment
- define best solution on avionics component change considering development lead-time, non-recurring cost and recurring cost,
- perform the assessment of impact of any new project on DHS units
- Providing documentation in the frame of a new project development (design specification, performance allocation between avionics components, DHS tests plan, budget synthesis on serial bus, on data storage, on satellite availability, DHS training kit).
- perform any DHS units design change by defining component change's smooth introduction in industrial production flow, including: o Supporting the definition of the unit architecture/functions evolution o Supporting the definition and control of unit interfaces: electrical, Hardware/Software
- Develop and follow the complete and correct execution of DHS Test plan on Flat Sat and Satellite Qualification models for any evolution of the Central Software
- Analyzing tests results and providing test report synthesis in the frame of functional validation activities,
- Supporting satellite assembly line on all topics related to DHS o To attend technical meetings and reviews with suppliers, o To follow up units' development, qualification and production, o To assess complete and correct execution of unit's test plans (qualification and acceptance), o To review and approve, together with subject matter experts, the released units' documentation, o To analyze units' tests results and coordinate with suppliers for anomalies resolution, You'll be working with bright and driven colleagues from different industries, countries and backgrounds who are all united in one common goal, challenging and supporting each other to make Constellations Satellites successful.

Requirements
- Strong experience in Anomaly management , Serial Bus such as CAN, SOCAN, Space wire & with space radiation environment problematic on Digital Electronics as embedded software, and particularly hard/soft interface,
- Master's degree in digital Electronics,
- 3-5 years' experience in Digital Electronics as minimum,
- Knowledge of space radiation environment problematic on Digital Electronics sub-system architecture (capacity to translate needs into specification, capacity to decline sub-system specification into component specification) is a plus,
- Processor/Memory (RAM, Flash) technology is a plus,
- An experience in mass production will be appreciated,
- Capacity to interact with different Engineering specialists,
- Capacity to drive multi topics in parallel,
- Stong communication & emotional intelligence skills,
- Capacity to embrace change and be solution oriented,
- Languages: English & French.
