Test engineer

As a Test Engineer you score by:

• Review/interpret specifications in refinement sessions.
• Define logical and physical test cases based on the prepared specifications.
• Plan and organize the test activities together with business analysts, developers, business analysts.
• Draft test scripts for manual and automated tests and build, expand and continuously adjust automated test sets.
• Analyze, report and follow up on findings and issues and explain results to suppliers/developers.
• Maintain and expand regression test suites using our existing Python/Selenium framework.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field, such as computer science or information technology.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in the role of test engineer.
• Strong Knowledge of SQA and Software testing life cycle practices.
• Attention to detail and a keen interest in quality and reliability solid experience and knowledge of web/ mobile UI testing.
• Experience working with Agile/ Scrum development teams environments and experience with version control preferentially GIT.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence for requirements and defect management.
• Knowledge of data transport structures such as JSON, XML, YAML and API testing.
• Experience with Python and Selenium in test frameworks contexts.
• Experience working with the following tools: JIRA/Confluence, Ready API, Robot Framework and GitHub/Jenkins/Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Development.
• Experience working in a complex Service Oriented Architecture environment.
• Proven knowledge of and experience in automated testing of Front end web and mobile applications.
• Ability to communicate clearly in Dutch and English effectively with stakeholders in both written and verbal mode.

• a salary between €4.300,- and €6.000,- gross per month, depending on your experience
