Join Vanderlande as our new Configuration Manager and help us elevate the efficiency and quality of our airport automation solutions., * Establish and maintain structured work environments supporting efficient development, integration, and testing
- Continuously improve configuration management (CM) processes and documentation
- Identify and implement automation opportunities within CM workflows
- Support engineering and project teams with CM expertise throughout planning, execution, and delivery
- Provide tooling guidance and support to engineering teams
- Promote and embed Ways of Working across teams
- Define, track, and report on key CM performance indicators (KPIs)
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, You will be part of the Airports domain, which is responsible for designing and delivering advanced airport automation systems to customers worldwide. This domain is highly innovative, fast-moving, and central to Vanderlande's global success. Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in ICT, Software Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a software development environment
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proactive, eager to learn, and solution-oriented
- Creative thinker with a helicopter view and a hands-on mindset
Preferred technical expertise:
- Atlassian tools (JIRA, Bitbucket, Bamboo)
- Artifactory and PLM systems (e.g., Dassault Enovia)
- Dependency management tools such as Maven or Gradle
- Python scripting
- CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance
- Requirement and test management tooling (e.g., Polarion)
Benefits & conditions
This position offers a competitive salary range of €5.400 to €6.400 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
On top of your fixed salary you'll receive the following secondary benefits:
