Job description
You design and build Power BI solutions that help DevOps teams work smarter. In this role, you shape dashboards, improve data quality, and support engineering teams with actionable insights. As a DevOps Engineer Power BI & Analytics, you directly improve the developer experience and contribute to smoother delivery across Rabobank.

As a DevOps Engineer you will have a strong focus on data visualization and reporting. In this role, your primary responsibility will be designing, building, and maintaining Power BI dashboards that help teams and stakeholders gain insight and accelerate decision-making.
Although the role has a DevOps title, the focus is not on infrastructure or application development, but on reliable data pipelines, CI/CD using Azure Pipelines, and working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
You'll be working with and around:
- Languages & Scripting: PowerBI - (DAX, data models, visual design)
- Cloud Platforms: Azure
- Cloud Native Principles:, CI/CD concepts, automation
- Continuous improvement: Continuously improve existing dashboards and reporting standards
- Scrum ceremonies: actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
- Data Quality: ensure data quality, consistency, and performance of dashboards

- Building Power BI dashboards that visualise DevOps performance, allowing over 95 teams to improve delivery speed and decision-making through clear insights.
- Translating business requirements from multiple squads into high-quality data models and dashboards that support the full DevOps lifecycle.
- Improving dashboard standards by enhancing data quality, performance and consistency, enabling organisation-wide reporting improvements.
Create clarity and technical impact by building reliable dashboards and improving reporting standards for the organisation.

- Ensure data quality, consistency, performance, and usability of dashboards
- Work closely with squads, tribes, and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and technical direction
- Participate in cross-tribe initiatives, ad hoc analyses, and pick up occasional projects when needed

- Strong experience building Power BI dashboards.

- Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 4,024 and EUR 5,747 (scale 08) for a 36-hour work week.
