Job description
Every day, companies get dozens, hundreds, or even thousands of questions from visitors about prices, schedules, or a booking they made. Where customer service used to get a ping every now and then, AI chatbots handle it all now, answering questions 24/7, selling tickets, and adjusting reservations. And that's where you come in: building and improving these conversational AI experiences so they actually work for the people using them.
Requirements
You get what needs to happen between people and technology to create value. You know what a good conversation sounds like, how to build trust - and how to make it happen technically. You've got experience with frameworks like React or Next.js and write component-based code in JavaScript or TypeScript like it's second nature. Whether you use Tailwind, styled-components, or your own design system - you know how to build visually strong and accessible interfaces that still work when the AI throws a curveball. API integrations with REST or GraphQL? Yep, you're on it. And you know how to present data clearly and usefully.
You don't just think code - you think users. You get what an interface should do when a French-speaking visitor drops in at midnight. You care about performance, responsive behavior, and multilingual support. Speaking Dutch is a must, and switching to English? No problem. You've got an eagle eye for detail but always think scalable solutions. And maybe most importantly: you're curious about AI and want to build software that's smarter and more human.
Benefits & conditions
Don't stress about salary, it's between €3,500 and €5,000 gross per month. Enough to work hard and treat yourself every now and then. You mostly work remote, and when you're onsite, your travel costs by public transport are covered. With plenty of room to grow and develop, you'll get the best out of both your job and yourself. Sounds like a good deal, right? Apply now and we'll talk soon!
About the company
AI is making life easier and easier. It writes texts, analyzes data in no time, speaks dozens of languages, and answers questions like it's nothing. But it goes even further. On average, an AI chatbot can handle 70% of simple questions on its own. They really can't make it any easier. People don't have to wait for a team member to have time, the bot takes care of it.
And you, as a Front-end Developer? You make sure the whole story works perfectly from the very first screen. Sometimes that's in UI choices, other times it's about squeezing out every bit of performance. You mostly decide which components to build, where to reuse stuff, and where to shine with custom work. One thing's for sure: you stand up for clients who want to create real value with AI. You work independently, but you're never alone. And if you get pumped by building, learning, and owning your work? Then this is your place.

In this role, you build a platform that chats non-stop with visitors - in every language - about (almost) anything you can imagine. You translate complex AI features into a smooth, intuitive interface that users actually understand. That means working on interactive chat flows, dynamic content modules, visually powerful dashboards, and handy self-service components. You build interfaces that respond instantly to AI output, and you know how to give users the right interaction in real time.
You develop features that react to behavior - think upgrade suggestions or language detection. You also help figure out how to display AI output clearly in the UI. Your interface needs to handle uncertainty, incomplete data, and surprising AI responses - yet still feel logical. You work with data-driven interfaces and make sure everything runs smoothly on mobile and desktop. Plus, you keep multilingual content, different content lengths, and cultural differences in interaction in mind. Together with the team, you're always looking for improvements: what can go faster, be more user-friendly, or scale better? From design implementation to code review, you sit right where tech meets experience.
