Reply delivers consulting, system integration and digital services to organisations across the telecom and media; industry and services; banking and insurance; and public sectors. www.reply.com Role Overview: As a senior manager, you will join our entrepreneurial, high-growth Consulting practice to help banks and financial institutions modernise core activities through advanced technology and data capabilities, with a focus on Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Operations. You will bridge business, data, and technology, bring deep financial services expertise, and apply a consulting-style structured thinking toolkit. You have experience in product, startup, or fast-paced build environments, turning ideas into tangible outcomes. You will lead multidisciplinary teams to solve complex problems, shape new propositions, and deliver technology-enabled transformation, ideally as a systems thinker who moves fluidly between strategy, delivery, product thinking, and emerging tech. Responsibilities: Lead transformation programmes in Financial Services, with emphasis on Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Operations, maintaining strong client engagement. Diagnose client challenges using structured consulting methods and convert them into actionable technology and data initiatives. Act as a communication bridge among domain experts, Data teams, Engineering, and end users. Design and shape technology solutions, including AI, cloud migration, data architecture, digital tools, and workflow automation. Apply product management methodologies (MVP, user journeys, road mapping, experimentation) to drive business transformation. Oversee delivery and implementation of AI-enabled solutions, workflow automation, and data-driven tools. Co-develop innovative risk-tech propositions, such as RegTech and digital risk reporting solutions. Mentor and upskill consultants in product thinking, problem-solving, and technology fluency. Build tools, accelerators, and methodologies to modernise Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Operations functions. About the Candidate: 10-15 years' experience in Financial Services, including consulting (Big 4, boutique, or similar). Track record delivering transformation in Risk, Compliance, Finance, or Operations. Deep understanding of risk processes/frameworks, with expertise in technology and data enablement. Structured problem-solving and strong client-facing communication skills. Experience in product-led or startup environments, adept at rapid iteration and navigating ambiguity. Demonstrated commercial acumen, with the ability to shape and sell consulting work. Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and implementation of data/analytics solutions is desirable. Solid grasp of AI/ML concepts in business applications, and ability to bridge business and technical needs is advantageous.
