• Experience of working on at least three of the following:

Able to troubleshoot and identify problems across different technology capabilities including compute, storage, networking, physical infrastructure, software, commercial off the shelf (COTS) and open source packages and solutions, virtual and cloud including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS (A, I)

Technical Criteria:

• You will hold a degree or graduate qualification in a computing discipline, or equivalent education and experience (A)
• Formal training including professional courses in areas such as ITIL Service Management is desirable (A)
