Responsibilities
- Map, define & maintain clear roles and responsibilities for data ownership, stewardship and access
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide data governance policies, standards, and procedures
- Analyze and redesign data-related business processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and usability
- Lead change management initiatives to support adoption of new governance practices
- Create & execute training plan to ensure data completeness & compliance with the data model & process
Requirements
Do you have experience in Data science?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Master's degree in Information Management, Business Administration, Data Science or a related field
- Experience working in international, multi-country environments, ideally within a matrix organization
- Proven ability to partner with both technical teams (IT, data engineers, solution teams) and business stakeholders, translating needs into actionable data governance practices
- Strong communication and change-management skills, with the ability to create clarity, bring people along, and embed new ways of working
- Effective influencer across cultures and hierarchies, able to challenge constructively and gain buy-in
- Hands-on knowledge of data platforms and tools, including databases, data warehouses, and data cataloguing solutions
- Process-driven mindset with a genuine interest in data topics, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement
- Fluent in English - any additional European language is a plus
