Project Manager IT Consultant

This is a consultancy mission for a Project Manager (IT) at a leading financial institution, delivered through Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will represent our values and expertise while working on-site at the client, engaging in dynamic and challenging projects within their IT organization., You will join the Agile Production Services (APS) IT Tribe, which provides End-to-End Production Services and supports Product Tribes. The APS TechEx team acts as a technology reference point, ensuring technical experiences are shared across IT OPS Engineers and APS Teams. You will report to the Chapter Lead of IT APS Transversal Roles., * Act as Initiative Owner of IT Production initiatives or support the business Initiative Owner to ensure delivery, managing conflicts for prioritization, budget, value for money, and scope.

• Monitor and control the progress of feature delivery related to initiatives.
• Ensure initiatives deliver expected results and collect feature status information from Feature Delivery Owners.
• Manage stakeholders and organize required ceremonies.
• Identify, log, and facilitate the resolution of impediments at initiative/opus/feature level.
• Create a safe, trust-based environment to simplify discussions, decisions, and conflict resolution.
• Facilitate communication and information flow with internal and external stakeholders, protect the team from unexpected workloads, and align with APS Management.
• Contribute to Scrum of Scrum, Quarterly Agile Planning, and related activities.
• Bridge business stakeholders and IT suppliers, challenging both to ensure optimal solutions in terms of cost, quality, and budget., * Consultancy Nature: You will be part of a consultancy team, working on-site and bringing Keystone Solutions' expertise to client projects.

Do you have experience in Communication skills?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Master's degree or equivalent by experience, with at least 5 years of strong experience in a similar function.

• At least 6 years of experience in a similar function and a professional experience of at least 10 years.
• Ability to understand technical and complex infrastructure architecture design documents (mandatory).
• Knowledge of infrastructure migration projects (preferable).
• Experience in the banking sector and ability to work in Agile Way Of Working (preferable).
• Fluency in French or Dutch, with good command of English.
• Team spirit, ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
