• Own the architecture - Design and evolve our Next.js / TypeScript / Postgres stack for scale, reliability, and rapid experimentation.
• Ship end-to-end features - From discovery to deployment, translate product ideas into customer-ready functionality.
• Integrate Ad-platform APIs - Build & maintain high-throughput connectors (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) that power our autonomous agents.
• Collaborate with founders - Work directly with our CTO to turn cutting-edge AI research into production software.
• Champion quality & performance - Own technical KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and keep technical debt close to zero.

• 3+ years of professional software engineering.
• Recent, hands-on expertise with Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Postgres.
• Proven record of architecting and shipping complex, customer-facing systems independently.
• Start-up mindset: thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and bias toward action.
• Passion for the latest AI trends and eagerness to push the boundary of what's possible.
• Strong sense of ownership, proactive communication, and a writing-first approach.
