Software Engineer / ERP Systems gesucht in Karlsruhe

IAS, develops a highly scalable, flexible and comprehensive ERP solution caniasERP which is used by thousands of users globally. As a member of our product team, main responsibilities of Software Engineers are as follows:

• To perform research and development activities to create new features and subsystems that will add value to caniasERP Modules.
• To carry out the design, development, maintenance and optimization processes of caniasERP modules that are under his/her responsibility
• To shape the project and to guide the project team based on their knowledge and experience in the projects carried out by the team.
• Contributing to infrastructure improvements with feedback and suggestions.

• Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences or related areas
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in software development
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of SQL and relational database concepts
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles
• Experience on ERP Systems is a plus
• Software development experience on business processes such as sales, purchasing, human resources, finance, production and inventory management etc. is a plus.
• Able to use English effectively for both oral and written communication
• Embraces analytical thinking, willingness to learn, result-oriented, and a team player
