Senior People Growth & Experience Expert

• Act as process owner and subject-matter expert for Performance & Development processes within HR
• Drive process harmonization, standardization and optimization across regions and divisions
• Lead and support SAP SuccessFactors implementation and enhancements, working closely with IT and HR IT teams
• Translate business and HR requirements into functional system and process solutions
• Manage end-to-end complex projects, including planning, execution, risk management and delivery
• Coordinate and align with multiple stakeholders (HR, IT, HR IT, business leaders, external vendors)
• Ensure process governance, documentation and adherence to best practices
• Support change management activities, including communication, training and user adoptionMonitor process performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Do you have experience in Human resources?, * Demonstrated expertise in Performance & Development, gained either through a Center of Excellence role with process management responsibilities or as a Global HR Business Partner

• Strong hands-on experience with Cloud-Based HR Solutions, ideally SAP SuccessFactors (e.g., Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Learning)
• Experience working in cross-functional and international teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a teamExperience in change management is a strong plus
