As our SOC Solutions & Cyber Advisory Lead, you will sit at the heart of our intelligence-led SOC services, shaping solutions that balance technical excellence with real-world business outcomes. Working directly with clients and internal experts, you'll influence how services are designed, sold, and delivered, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and aligned to client risk and maturity. You'll be trusted to lead with insight, encouraged to think creatively about service evolution, and supported by a collaborative culture that enables you to make a meaningful, lasting impact., In this role, you will act as the technical authority and trusted advisor for intelligence-led SOC managed services, bridging sales, service development, and delivery. You will work closely with clients to understand their threat landscape and business objectives, translating these into pragmatic, outcome-focused SOC solutions that are operationally viable and scalable.
You will take ownership of solution design and service evolution, while being supported by expert delivery and threat intelligence teams. Your contribution will help ensure smooth client onboarding, successful service adoption, and long-term optimisation of SOC capabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
Advise & Shape client-facing SOC solutions aligned to risk, maturity, and business priorities
Design & Develop intelligence-led SOC services, use cases, and advisory-driven offerings
Support & Enable sales engagements, bids, and proposals with technical leadership
Requirements
To succeed, you will bring deep technical expertise in SOC and managed security services, combined with the credibility to advise clients and influence stakeholders. You will be comfortable operating across advisory, pre-sales, and service development, with a strong understanding of how services are delivered at scale.
You should have:
Strong experience in SOC operations, MDR/XDR, threat intelligence, and security architecture
Proven background designing and delivering managed security services in client-facing roles
Ability to translate complex cyber risk into clear, pragmatic solutions
Excellent communication skills with experience engaging senior technical and business stakeholders
Commercial awareness of service pricing, scope, and delivery models
