  • CI/CD Integration: Execute and monitor automated test suites within Jenkins and Docker environments. You will assist in maintaining the health of the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring that automated tests provide timely feedback to the development team.
  • Collaborative Debugging: Work closely with developers to identify, reproduce, and resolve software defects. You will participate in sprint ceremonies and provide technical insights into quality risks throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Technical Defect Analysis: Manage the defect lifecycle in Jira. You will perform root-cause analysis by examining Linux system logs and stack traces, providing developers with the detailed information needed to resolve issues quickly.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate repetitive manual tasks and improve existing test scripts. You will stay updated on modern testing tools and AI-assisted technologies to enhance your daily workflow.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Software testing?, * Python Proficiency: Strong experience in Python programming and a solid understanding of automation principles and BDD frameworks.

  • Linux Fundamentals: Comfortable working in a Linux environment, including using the command line for log analysis and system monitoring.
  • Testing Mindset: Proven experience in software testing, with a focus on API, distributed systems, or embedded software platforms.
  • Standard Tooling: Proficiency with Jira, Git, and Jenkins. Experience with Docker and TestRail is highly desirable.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyse complex technical issues and provide clear, data-driven reports on software health.
