Job description

We are looking for a talented Web Designer who can design, manage, and optimize multiple websites while thinking like a business owner. This role goes beyond visuals-you'll be responsible for creating websites that convert visitors into customers, support sales goals, and grow with the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain multiple websites (corporate, marketing, and landing pages)
  • Manage ongoing website updates, performance, and improvements
  • Create user-friendly, conversion-focused layouts and experiences
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support lead generation and revenue goals
  • Optimize websites for SEO, speed, mobile responsiveness, and usability
  • Implement and test calls-to-action, funnels, and landing pages
  • Analyze website performance and user behavior to improve conversion rates
  • Ensure branding consistency across all digital properties
  • Manage hosting, domains, plugins, and basic security updates
  • Recommend improvements based on business goals and customer insights

Requirements

Do you have experience in WordPress?, * Proven experience as a Web Designer managing multiple websites

  • Strong knowledge of web design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar)
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
  • Solid understanding of business principles, marketing, and sales funnels
  • Experience designing websites that support sales, lead generation, or e-commerce
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (preferred)
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and conversion optimization
  • Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making

Sales & Business Mindset (Must-Have)

  • Experience working with sales teams or revenue-focused projects
  • Ability to design with the customer journey and buyer psychology in mind
  • Comfortable suggesting improvements that directly impact revenue
  • Understands KPIs such as conversion rate, bounce rate, and lead quality

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable taking ownership and making recommendations

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools
  • E-commerce experience (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
  • Basic copywriting or UX writing skills
  • A/B testing and analytics experience
