- Work closely with Technical Programme Managers (TPMs) to establish platform content and priorities, balancing bottom-up inputs from engineering teams with top-down programme requirements.
- Collaborate with Software Development Principal Engineers to estimate effort, define delivery schedules, and secure commitment from all stakeholders.
- Identify, manage, and communicate programme critical paths, dependencies, and potential blockers, escalating where management support is required.
- Proactively manage risks, particularly those crossing functional, domain, or organisational boundaries.
- Monitor software development progress, integration status, and defect resolution using JIRA and other tracking tools.
- Produce clear metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators to demonstrate project status, progress, and risks.
- Report programme status and risks on a weekly basis, tailoring communication appropriately for Director-level stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Manage interdependencies between teams and programmes, removing or mitigating impediments to maintain delivery momentum.
- Support programme and domain teams to ensure sprint planning aligns with long-term platform and business objectives.
- Lead and coordinate integration activities across programmes, ensuring seamless delivery of software to the wider business.
