SAP Manager Transportation Management (SAP TM

We are seeking an experienced a Manager SAP in Transportation Management to join our SAP Center of Excellence. In this role, you will design and implement advanced transportation and logistics solutions, drive complex client engagements, and contribute to the evolution of our service offerings. This is a strategic, client-facing position that combines hands-on technical expertise with consulting excellence. You will work with senior stakeholders, lead transportation management implementations across diverse industries, and establish best practices that drive measurable business value for our clients. • Lead end-to-end SAP TM implementations with Fit-Gap analysis, system design, and configuration of order management, freight planning/execution, and settlement modules
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and scope while leading cross-functional teams, conducting Blueprint Workshops, and driving discovery sessions
• Serve as primary point of contact, understand pain points, present solutions, maintain stakeholder engagement, and provide strategic guidance on system usage
• Oversee all testing phases (unit, SIT, UAT), manage defect resolution, support cutover/go-live, and ensure data quality and system validation
• Manage integration with SAP modules (SD, MM, EWM, GTS, Procurement, FI/CO), coordinate EDI interfaces with carriers, and provide technical configuration guidance
• Mentor and Lead Senior/ junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with SAP TM implementation projects
• Proven experience delivering at least 3 full lifecycle implementation projects (design, build, test, deploy)
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading a team of consultants in an SAP TM & BN4L implementation.
• Demonstrated expertise in SAP Transportation Management modules, including: Order management, Freight planning, Freight Execution, Freight Settlement
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations in transportation/logistics environments
• Experience with SAP BN4L - FC and GTT implementations.
• Experience with TM-EWM and TM-GTS integration would be an added advantage.
• Experience with Side Car/Decentralized TM implementations would be an added advantage.
• Experience with SAP SD and MM would be added advantage.
• Basic understanding of SAP - FICO
• Proficiency with SAP configuration tools and customization approaches
• Experience with data migration strategies and tools relevant to transportation operations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
• Client-facing experience with ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
• University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Fluent in English (Professional Proficiency) + Dutch or French
• Should be able to successfully assimilate into an international/multi-cultural work environment.
