Fachinformatiker in Systemintegration / Backend

• Ansprechpartner vor Ort für das selbst entwickeltes MES und Schnittstelle zu den Remote-Entwicklern
• Verstehen und Formulieren der Benutzeranforderungen an das System zur Vorbereitung der Programmierung
• Eintragung von Änderungen, Ergänzungen oder Korrekturen in die Datenbanken
• Verantwortung für den First-Level-Support inkl. der Bearbeitung von Benutzertickets
• Einführung von Überwachungsindikatoren für das System

• Erfahrung in der SQL-Programmierung
• Grundlegende IT-Kenntnisse (Active Directory, Domänen usw.)
• Verständnis von Schnittstellen zu SCADA und ERP
• VB6-Kenntnisse wären von Vorteil
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf Deutsch und Englisch
