Job description
As an Engagement Product Design Lead, you will be responsible for fostering a healthy, collaborative, and high-performing environment among product designers within a fast-paced, dynamic organization. You are expected to bring strong design seniority (particularly in mobile app design for both iOS and Android) supported by a solid design-thinking mindset that guides how you approach problems and solutions. You will also manage team workloads and maintain smooth communication with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure alignment, clarity, and consistent product quality., * Apply strong UX and UI expertise in mobile app design to shape product vision and serve as a mentor for your team.
- Manage team workloads to secure timely deliverables while protecting team well-being, and clearly report status to stakeholders to ensure transparency.
- Lead and mentor product designers reporting to you, helping define their career paths.
- Channel feedback from stakeholders alongside your own insights to drive the iterative evolution of designs, ensuring a user experience that is usable, useful, and delightful.
- Enhance collaborative co-creation synergies both within the design team and across departments (inside and outside Seat Code), while strengthening design's influence within the triad.
- Proactively curate and maintain workflows that ensure consistent delivery and development of high-quality products.
Requirements
Do you have experience in iOS development?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, This role is for you if you have proved experience in the following areas:
- At least 5-6 years of experience in product design.
- Strong knowledge of iOS and Android design guidelines.
- Proficiency in Figma and managing Design Systems.
- Experience in Design Thinking and workshop facilitation.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
- Professional proficiency in English.

- Experience in digital mobility products.
- Experience analysing data using Contentsquare.
- Valid driving license.
- Fluency in Spanish & Catalan.
