Principal Software Engineer

As our first Principal Engineer, you will own the technical direction of our platform as we scale., * Set engineering standards and drive technical quality across the codebase

• Lead design reviews and be the tie-breaker on complex technical trade-offs
• Mentor senior engineers and raise the technical bar of the team
• Partner with the VP Engineering on balancing technical excellence with delivery speed

Do you have experience in System design?, * 8+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in system design

• Track record of owning architecture for products at scale
• Experience working in fast-moving startups (Series A/B preferred)
• Strong opinions on code quality, testing, and technical standards
• Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across teams

Bonus points for:

• Experience with LLM-based products or AI systems
• Cybersecurity or security tooling background
• Python and distributed systems expertise
