Gather relevant data from various sources, and perform relevant analysis to propose and implement relevant data models for each business case

Apply statistical methods and machine learning techniques to extract insights from datasets

Design, implement and fine-tune AI/ML models using various algorithms and tools

Presenting findings through clear and informative charts, graphs, and dashboards

Support senior team members in understanding business teams requirements, and translate them into technical needs

Staying updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in the field of data science
Requirements

You are an influencer and leader who has deployed AI/ML solutions applying state-of-the art algorithms with technically robust lifecycle management. You have a keen eye for improvement opportunities and a demonstrated ability to deliver AI/ML solutions while working across different technologies and in a cross-functional environment.
About you
Experience:

Over 3 years of experience of handling data science projects in varied business contexts, with experience in healthcare being a strong plus

Experience in developing deployable models and AI solutions

Demonstrated ability to perform exploratory data analysis and create visualizations

Experience in production-ready software development

Technical skills:

Strong knowledge within most of the following areas: supervised learning, unsupervised learning, deep learning, LLMs, time series forecasting, Bayesian statistics, optimization

Proficient in Python programming and familiarity with big data concepts and tools

Comfortable working in cloud and high-performance computing environments (e.g. AWS, GCP, Databricks, Apache Spark)

Ability to use standard visualization tools to create reports and dashboards (such as Tableau, PowerBI, …)

Awareness of responsible AI principles and AI regulations

Knowledge of software development practices and version control (e.g., Git)
Education:
- Preferred qualifications: Master's Degree or PhD in mathematics, computer science, engineering, physics, statistics, or a related quantitative discipline with strong coding skills
