What you will do as a Consultant Digital Services

As a Consultant Digital Services, you will support our clients in delivering innovative digital solutions for the design, engineering, construction, and maintenance in the area of water, maritime or industry. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients optimize their business processes and implement smart technologies like AI, digital twins, IoT, and simulation tools that improve quality, efficiency, and sustainability.

Your responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with clients to understand their challenges and translate them into digital strategies and solutions.
• Supporting the selection, configuration, and implementation of digital tools and platforms across EPCM phases.
• Providing guidance on data-driven decision-making, digital workflows, and process optimization.
• Ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Acting as a liaison between technical teams, domain experts, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and adoption.
• Contributing to proposals, business development activities, and thought leadership within the digital domain.
• Identifying opportunities to scale digital solutions across projects and clients.

You are a proactive and communicative professional who enjoys working in multidisciplinary teams and building strong client relationships. You combine analytical thinking with a hands-on approach to problemsolving and are motivated by helping organizations adopt digital ways of working., * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT or Business management.

• 5-10 years of experience in consultancy in the area of digital and at least one of the markets Water, Maritime, Industry, or Buildings.
• Familiarity with digital concepts and systems such as BIM, GIS, Asset Management, AI, OT/IT integration, IoT, Digital Twins, and process simulation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable advice.
• Excellent command of English (Dutch is preferred).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple parallel projects simultaneously.
• A natural curiosity for emerging technologies and their application in engineering and assetheavy environments.
