Job description
You will support clients with a wide range of hardware, software, and network-related issues. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing clear, friendly, and effective assistance to clients with IT queries.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Collaborating with clients and internal teams, to ensure timely resolution of tickets through a mixture of communication channels including MS Teams, email and phone.
- Providing expert client support in the Microsoft Modern Workplace environment. Supporting Microsoft technologies including OneDrive, SharePoint, Intune and Autopilot.
Requirements
Do you have experience in User account provisioning?, * Microsoft Certification (ideally Fundamentals or above) or equivalent hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies.
- Substantial experience in a busy IT support/helpdesk environment.
- Demonstrable experience supporting Microsoft Modern Workplace environments and Technologies.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, you're someone who can explain technical things with clarity., * IT Helpdesk: 2 years (required)
