Job description
You will be a trusted advisor to our clients, routinely visiting them on site to resolve issues, discuss IT strategy and make recommendations. You'll also deliver complex projects with the support of the consultancy team.
- You'll act as the lead on the workload for your allocated customers.
- take ownership of your own diary to ensure all work is delivered based on the customers' requirements.
- Work with the Consultancy Manager to ensure that all work is delivered and assistance is provided where required.
- Support the Bluespires team with reactive visits and help the helpdesk team where possible.
- Develop expert knowledge of the full product suite Bluespires provides plus our contracted support offering.
- Identify contract or project leads and share with the Consultancy Manager and Sales Director.
- Deliver technical projects for clients, such as infrastructure installations, migrations and cyber security reviews.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, We're looking for a customer focused and experienced Technical Consultant to provide both reactive and proactive support, both remotely and through frequent onsite visits, to a variety of clients.
If you are a calm and assured person who works well under pressure and to tight deadlines, with very good client facing skills, we'd love to hear from you., We value skills and experience, but we also know people grow in roles. If you meet most but not all of these criteria, we'd still love to hear from you:
- Experience configuring and maintaining Microsoft 365, along with migrations.
- Relevant, up to date IT related qualifications.
- Experience of configuring and troubleshooting network devices.
- Knowledge of MS Windows Server, MS365 Administration, backup software, firewall configuration, anti-virus and remote connection software.
- Knowledge of firewall, AV or backup products / technologies.
- Demonstrable experience of successfully developing and maintaining customer relationships.
- Ability to manage time, prioritise tasks and work under pressure., * IT: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:
- Valid Full UK Driving Licence (required)

Pay: Up to £45,000.00 per year
