Job description
We are looking for someone to join our IT team on a 12 month FTC to provide operational user support for the Bank.
This would be for user access management, fault management and system administration tasks for the Banks core software systems.
You would act as a key liaison between internal business users and third-party providers of the Banks core software systems.

About you
For this role you will need the following skills and experience:
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and service desk tools
- Knowledge of hardware and operating systems
- Proficient problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
- Commercial awareness
- Good numerical skills
- Organised and efficient approach
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively as part of a team.
