Job description
As a Developer, you'll contribute to building and maintaining solutions on our eCommerce and Content platforms.
Working under the guidance of senior developers, you'll help implement custom functionality, integrate third-party systems, and ensure the platform remains secure, scalable and performant.
You will assist our clients by responding to tickets via our Support Desk.

Requirements
Do you have experience in TypeScript?, * Experience using Git and willingness to learn project tracking tools such as JIRA
- Familiarity with modern front-end build tools (e.g. webpack, gulp, yarn, grunt)
- Understanding of Liquid syntax, OOP principles, and Shopify theme architecture
- Knowledge of Shopify metafields, metaobjects, and Markets configuration
- Basic experience with Shopify GraphQL Admin and Storefront APIs
- Exposure to headless concepts using Hydrogen/Oxygen or other React-based solutions
- Willingness to learn Shopify checkout customisation, app development, and pursue Shopify certifications
Programming & Performance
- Apply OOP best practices and understand MVC and client-server architecture
- Write reusable, maintainable JavaScript and TypeScript for standard and advanced features
- Awareness of performance best practices, including Google Lighthouse metrics
- Willingness to learn performance-focused coding and system architecture patterns
Database & DevOps
- Willingness to learn database management and manipulation via code
- Understanding of Git workflows (branches, pull requests, merges)
- Comfortable working in local development environments and using basic terminal commands
- Willingness to learn deployment processes, build pipelines, and containerisation tools such as Docker
