Job description
- Collaborate closely with business product owners and agile governance roles to translate business expectations into actionable product objectives.
- Contribute to the definition and evolution of the product roadmap in alignment with strategic priorities.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog across both build and run activities, ensuring clarity of value and intent for delivery teams.
- Coordinate application updates and releases, from preparation through deployment and post-implementation follow-up.
- Oversee product operations to ensure compliance with security, architecture, infrastructure, and data protection standards.
- Monitor incidents and ensure effective resolution within agreed timelines and quality expectations.
- Guide technical orientations and ensure consistency of architectural choices across solutions.
- Support agile ceremonies and PI planning activities to ensure alignment and delivery against milestones.
Requirements
Do you have a Master's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, or a comparable field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Between five and ten years of experience in a similar product ownership or proxy product ownership role.
- Proven background in integrating, operating, and maintaining technical or IT solutions in complex environments.
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies; relevant certifications are considered an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate complex topics clearly to varied audiences.
- Strong sense of ownership regarding product quality, performance, stability, and security.
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Capacity to operate in an international and cross-functional context.
