Job description

  • Design, develop, and ship AI-powered product features based on Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Enable teams across the company to effectively use AI technologies and tools
  • Develop, refine, and maintain prompts, agents, and AI behavior patterns
  • Evaluate and benchmark system responses to ensure quality, accuracy, and usefulness
  • Design and implement testing strategies and reliability engineering for LLM-based systems
  • Build and maintain internal AI tooling and developer infrastructure
  • Support teams in designing and implementing end-to-end AI workflows
  • Conduct recurring internal workshops, trainings, and knowledge-sharing sessions on AI and LLM topics

Requirements

Do you have experience in TypeScript?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Proven experience building and operating LLM-based applications in production environments

  • Practical experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, and hands-on experience with vector databases
  • Experience with function calling and structured model outputs
  • Ideally, experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar agent orchestration frameworks
  • Strong understanding of testing strategies for LLM systems (evaluation, regression testing, reliability)
  • Experience with Ruby / Ruby on Rails and TypeScript in production systems
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Experience teaching, mentoring, or enabling others in technical topics
