Workday

The Workday Consultant will support clients in the analysis, design, configuration, and implementation of Workday solutions. This role requires strong functional expertise, client engagement capabilities, and an understanding of Workday best practices., * Serve as a Workday functional expert across one or more modules.

• Participate in design sessions, providing guidance based on Workday best practices.
• Configure and test Workday solutions according to client needs.
• Support integrations and data migration activities as needed.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to clients.

Duties & Tasks:

• Engage with clients to gather requirements and translate them into functional configurations.
• Develop functional specifications and support testing cycles.
• Assist with data mapping and conversion activities.
• Participate in deployment, cutover, and post-production support.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Workday practice.

Do you have experience in Workday?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• 4+ years of Workday functional implementation experience.
• Experience in HR, Payroll, or related functional areas preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
