Job description

Job Description

Are you ready to redefine the enterprise-wide Identity & Access Management (IAM) landscape for a leading financial institution? As a Senior IAM Consultant, you will take the lead in a strategic programme aimed at strengthening our security foundation. You won't just analyze; you will lead critical parts of a complex gap assessment, bringing deep expertise in identity lifecycle, PAM, and authentication. Operating from a mentor-like position, you will translate findings into strategic remediation plans and advise senior stakeholders on the feasible next steps to reach a sustainable, compliant state.

Functie-eisen

Job Requirements

To drive this enterprise-scale transformation, you must bring the following "hard" expertise:

  • Proven experience conducting IAM maturity assessments or control gap analyses at a large scale.
  • Deep knowledge of regulatory expectations, including DORA, GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIST frameworks.
  • Experience working within large organizations with complex IT governance landscapes.
  • A relevant higher education degree (e.g., Information Security, IT Audit) and preferred certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM.

Competencies

We are looking for a self-assured professional who speaks the language of both IT architects and C-level management. You possess strong analytical and conceptual skills, allowing you to oversee cross-domain dependencies with flair and charm. You are a decisive "doer" who can structure assessments end-to-end and deliver clear, actionable outcomes that ensure audit readiness. Your communication is sharp, ensuring stakeholders are aligned and ready for the next phase of implementation.
